A reservation can be cancelled free of charge 30 days before the date, at the latest. After this period, no refund is possible. However, you can change the date and time up to 8 days before the session.

The quantity served is between 3cl and 6cl, which is sufficient for tasting. Spittoons are available to spit out the wine taste if you do not want to drink alcohol. The session is solely focused on tasting as a learning experience.

All wines are purchased directly from the Bordeaux marketplace (Châteaux direct and official merchants). They are stored in our professional 3km cellars of the Chais de France (security and perfect conditions of conservation in temperature and humidity). No stock is available in the tasting room at night: the bottles are transported every morning to guarantee optimal wine quality.
